Personal data protection legislation
- EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the “ GDPR ”)
- Law No. 7817 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, amended by Law No. 2018‑493 of June 20, 2018 relating to the protection of personal data (the “ Information Technology and Freedoms Law ”)
