WHY IS YOUR DATA PROCESSED?
Your data is processed in the context of a case, whether contentious or not, entrusted to us by a Client of the Firm. We process it strictly to the extent necessary to carry out the task entrusted to us. This processing is based on our legitimate interest or, for certain categories of data, on the legal grounds provided for by applicable legislation.
The categories of data concerned depend on the files considered, and may be transmitted to you as part of the exercise of your right of access (see below).
In the context of certain litigation cases, the Firm may be required to process health data. This processing is based on Art. 9.2.f of the GDPR.
WHO DO WE TRANSMIT YOUR PERSONAL DATA TO?
Your contact details may be passed on to our expert partners if necessary for processing the case, and to legal officers who need to know about it.
HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
We retain your data for the period necessary to process your case and for an additional period of ten years. This retention period may, however, be extended if the legal processing of the case justifies it.
